If you need to reset your password, follow the steps below:
- Go to www.nsp.org and select “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your username when prompted.
- Be sure to use your username; it may be your email address, Member ID, or another email.

- A reset link will be sent to the communication email address on file from webmaster@nsp.org.
- If your username is your email, the email you entered for your communication email may not be the same.

- The password reset link is valid for 5 minutes. Click the link and follow the instructions.
- If you have not received the email within 5 minutes, please make sure you are checking the mailbox for the email we have on file. You should also check your Spam/Junk/Clutter folder.
Your browser may suggest a strong password—feel free to use it and save it for future logins, or create your own password that meets our requirements: 12 characters long, at least one numeral, one letter, and one special character (Ex: !@#$)(%&)
If you have trouble signing in after resetting your password, try refreshing the browser tab or opening a new window (Ctrl+N) and typing in www.nsp.org with nothing behind it. Please don't use bookmarked links or currently open tabs.
Too many incorrect login attempts will lock your account. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes.
