Reset Your Password Using 'Forgot Password'

If you need to reset your password, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to www.nsp.org and select “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen.

  2. Enter your username when prompted.
    • Be sure to use your username; it may be your email address, Member ID, or another email.

  3. A reset link will be sent to the communication email address on file from webmaster@nsp.org.
    • If your username is your email, the email you entered for your communication email may not be the same.

  4. The password reset link is valid for 5 minutes. Click the link and follow the instructions.
    • If you have not received the email within 5 minutes, please make sure you are checking the mailbox for the email we have on file. You should also check your Spam/Junk/Clutter folder.
  • Your browser may suggest a strong password—feel free to use it and save it for future logins, or create your own password that meets our requirements: 12 characters long, at least one numeral, one letter, and one special character (Ex: !@#$)(%&)

  • If you have trouble signing in after resetting your password, try refreshing the browser tab or opening a new window (Ctrl+N) and typing in www.nsp.org with nothing behind it. Please don't use bookmarked links or currently open tabs.

  • Too many incorrect login attempts will lock your account. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes.
